***MOVIE REVIEW***

Cajun Pawn Stars is a deep south take on the pawn shop business and the proprietor Jimmy and his sweet but sassy daughter are warm and fair to their customers. The funnest part of the show is the eccentric people who bring stuff in to pawn , such as Joker a big burly man who buys and then tries to sell the craziest stuff you ever seen. This is a fun show and I dare say a bit more fun and enjoyable than the top rated Pawn Stars 9/10

***VIDEO QUALITY***

Cajun Pawn Stars arrives on DVD with a 480p transfer in the original aspect ratio of 1.78:1. The show is filmed in HD and the downgrade to standard definition doesn't suffer any glaring problems. From the purple shorts the employees wear to the colorful cast of characters and items this show looks mighty fine. Detail of the items was solid. Black levels remained consistent throughout. 8.5/10

***AUDIO QUALITY***

Audio is provided by a Dolby Digital Stereo 2.0 track. The loveable creole accents came across crisp and clean. The twangy music interludes fit the show. 7/10

***VIDEO QUALITY***

Mets 50 Greatest arrives on DVD with a 480p transfer in the various aspect ratio of 1.78:1 and 1.33:1. As I expected footage varies from vintage and soft to crisp and clean clips from the past few years. Colors were very strong overall with blues & oranges on the uniforms and green grass came across well. Fine detail was about average. Black levels were good. 7.5/10

***AUDIO QUALITY***

Audio is provided by a Dolby Digital 2.0 track. This is a consistently crisp and clean track. Dialogue and and narration was always intelligible. 7.5/10
