**SERIES REVIEW**

DC Super Hero Girls: Hero of the Year is aimed towards young girls or grown up fangirls. It's nice to see a focus placed on the female DC characters for once. Entertaining for any genre or age really if you are even remotely interested in super hero or DC comics. 8/10

**VIDEO QUALITY**

DC Super Hero Girls: Hero of the Year arrives on DVD with a transfer in the aspect ratio of 1.78:1 - Colors are bright and bold. Detail in animation was solid. Black levels were inky. There is very light banding in a couple spots but the key audience for this title won't really notice. 9/10

**AUDIO QUALITY**

Audio is provided by a Dolby Digital 5.1 track. - The good voice acting comes across crystal clear and prioritized to the center channel. Surrounds were used effectively for action scenes. LFE performance exhibited some nice depth. No hisses or crackling to speak of. 8.5/10
