Entourage The Movie Blu-ray September 29th

Warner Bros. Home Entertainment has officially announced they will be releasing Entourage The Movie to Blu-ray Combo Pack and DVD on September 29, 2015. The Blu-ray will feature 1080p video in the 2.40:1 aspect ratio and at least a DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 track or better. Below are the official details:





Burbank, CA, July 23, 2015 – The boys are back! “Entourage The Movie” will arrive onto Blu-ray Combo Pack and DVD on September 29 from Warner Bros. Home Entertainment. “Entourage The Movie,” the much-anticipated big-screen version of the award-winning HBO series, reunites the hit show’s original cast led by Kevin Connolly, Adrian Grenier, Kevin Dillon, Jerry Ferrara and Jeremy Piven. The film will be available early on Digital HD starting on August 25.

A Warner Bros. Pictures presentation, in association with Home Box Office, “Entourage The Movie” also stars Billy Bob Thornton and Haley Joel Osment as father and son Larsen and Travis McCredle. The returning cast from the series includes Perrey Reeves as Ari Gold’s wife, “Mrs. Ari;” Emmanuelle Chriqui as Sloan, Eric’s on-again/off-again love interest; Debi Mazar as Vince’s publicist, Shauna; Rex Lee as the ever-faithful Lloyd; and Constance Zimmer as Ari’s colleague Dana Gordon. Emily Ratajkowski and champion UFC fighter Ronda Rousey appear as themselves in the film.

“Entourage The Movie” creator Doug Ellin directed the feature film from his own screenplay. The film’s story is by Ellin & Rob Weiss based on characters created by Ellin. Mark Wahlberg, Stephen Levinson and Ellin produced the film alongside executive producer Wayne Carmona.

Justice League: Gods and Monsters arrives on Blu-ray with a 1080p transfer in the aspect ratio of 1.78:1 - Warner's latest DCU offering continues the streak of banding issues but the presentation overall is solid. Colors feature bold primaries and the palette choice is welcome. Black levels were deep and inky. Clarity was excellent with crisp animation lines. 8.5/10


**AUDIO QUALITY**


Audio is provided by a DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 track. - Justice League: Gods and Monsters features a dynamic and enveloping track. Dialogue was crisp and clear, remaining so during more chaotic moments. LFE performance is powerful and deep, adding significant heft and rumbling to explosions. Surround activity remained engaging throughout. No pops, cracks or hissing noticed. 9/10


**SPECIAL FEATURES**


The Bonus features included offer some good insight into this latest DCU animated movie while also paying tribute to the past with two solid episodes from years past.

**MOVIE REVIEW**


A rocking good time. Scooby-Doo! And KISS: Rock and Roll Mystery is a fast paced and entertaining new animated feature. With Detroit Rock City released a couple months ago on a solid Blu-ray this is a great year for fans in the KISS Army. There' some sly humor that will go over the heads of the younger target audience and will make KISS fans smile. Scooby-Doo and the Mystery Inc gang are as engaging as ever and it's nice to see Warner continue to do these interesting direct to video team-ups of Scooby-Doo and other pop culture icons. 9/10


**VIDEO QUALITY**


Scooby-Doo! And KISS: Rock and Roll Mystery arrives on Blu-ray with a 1080p transfer in the aspect ratio of 1.78:1 - Colors were bright and vibrant almost popping off the screen at times. Black levels were inky and deep with crisp and detailed animation lines. The overall style of the animation style looks great. No glaring defects to speak of on this excellent presentation. 9/10


**AUDIO QUALITY**


Audio is provided by a DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 track. - The music from KISS has top shelf fidelity and dynamics. The voice work sounds great here with crisp and crystal clear dialogue. Surrounds were quite effective in creating a sense of environment and atmosphere. LFE performance was surprisingly robust, especially when KISS is rocking. 9.5/10
