Summit Entertainment has announced their plans to release the Nicolas Cage film Drive Angry in separate 2D or 3D Blu-ray versions May 31, 2011.

Warner to release Extended The Lord of the Rings: The Motion Picture Trilogy on June 28

Warner Home Video has officially announced their plans to release the Peter Jackson films The Lord of the Rings: The Motion Picture Trilogy Extended Edition on 15-disc set that will be split the three films on 6 discs, with the bonus features taking up 9 standard DVD discs. June 28, 2011 will see the release of this long awaited set that will be packaged with a beautiful outer slipcase. For fans who purchased the Theatrical Editions last year and weren't totally pleased with video presentation you will be happy to know that Warner will be remastering The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring from the original 2k files.
