**MOVIE REVIEW**

Girlz 4 Life isn't made for my demographic but I did find the 80 minute running time to be okay. The messages that it tries to teach the young audience who would watch this is admirable. This Blu-ray combo pack would make a good addition to the home video library for anyone with a young one and you want to entertain them for a while.7/10

**SERIES REVIEW**

I enjoyed the opportunity to watch this season that finds Solo and Kuryakin in a thrilling run of episodes that hold up against any modern spy series thanks to the chemistry on screen between the leads. There are just as many fun and surprising guest roles as the previous year. For anyone who is looking for a entertaining series from years past you can't pass this one up.

Our Brand Is Crisis Blu-ray Review

**SYNOPSIS**

A Bolivian presidential candidate failing badly in the polls enlists the firepower of an elite American management team, led by the deeply damaged but still brilliant strategist “Calamity” Jane Bodine (Bullock). In self-imposed retirement following a scandal that earned her nickname and rocked her to her core, Jane is coaxed back into the game for the chance to beat her professional nemesis, the loathsome Pat Candy (Thornton), now coaching the opposition. But as Candy zeroes in on every vulnerability – both on and off the campaign trail – Jane is plunged into a personal crisis as intense as the one her team exploits nationally to boost their numbers. Dramatic, rapid-fire and laced with satire, “Our Brand is Crisis” reveals the cynical machinations and private battles of world-class political consultants for whom nothing is sacred and winning is all that matters.

**VIDEO QUALITY**

Our Brand is Crisis arrives on Blu-ray with a 1080p transfer in the aspect ratio of 1.85:1 - While this isn't demo worthy material what we do get is solid. The color palette runs cool most the time but there are some brilliant flashes of lush greens in the outdoor scenery. Black levels were good but would have been helped with a little more depth in darker areas. Fine details in the actor's faces and their wardrobe were revealing. There is a very fine layer of grain due to this movie being shot on film and I for one enjoy the look that it brings.8/10

**AUDIO QUALITY**

Audio is provided by a DTS-HD Master Audio 5.1 track. - Dialogue reproduction was consistently crisp and intelligible. There are some effective environmental effects when Jane is outdoors but this isn't the type of film to expect a 360 degree aural assault of course. The best use of the LFE channel is during a car crash that pounds into the viewer with crunching, deep bass. As far as any noticeable problems there were none to speak of. 8/10

**SPECIAL FEATURES**

* Sandra Bullock: A Role Like No Other (HD, 11:00) - Bullock and other members from the cast and crew discuss their thoughts on the film and what the experience was working on it.
