A former U.S. Air Force Sergeant, Billy has taken a militaristic approach to pest control – and is emerging a winner.

Billy Season 3 arrives on DVD with a 480i transfer in the original aspect ratio of 1.33:1. Unfortunately A&E sees fit in this HD age to still release 4:3 presentations. With that being said the overall image is okay with some good black levels and decent detail. 5/10
Audio is provided by a Dolby Digital 2.0 Stereo track. The dialogue and music is crisp and clean. Environmental effects were natural but kept to a minimum. 6/10
