Ancient Aliens: Season 4 arrives on Blu-ray with a 1080p transfer in the original aspect ratio of 1.78:1. This transfer is a collage of various sources including vintage footage, newly shot HD location footage and interviews, CG effects,etc. The HD filmed sequences exhibit nice color saturation and strong black levels. Vintage film or video footage was sometimes soft and noisy, but nothing to mar the overall enjoyment of the image. A very nice presentation.8/10
Audio is provided by a DTS-HD Master Audio 2.0 track. Dialogue was crisp and clear throughout. There are some subtle pans between the front two channels providing good stereo separation. A clean if not very exciting presentation.7.5/10
