20th Century Fox Home Entertainment has officially announced they will be bringing the espionage thriller Paranoia to Blu-ray combo pack on November 19, 2013 The film stars Liam Hemsworth, Gary Oldman and Harrison Ford. The Blu-ray will feature 1080p video in the 2.40:1 aspect ratio. Audio will be provided by aDTS-HD Master 5.1 track. Below are the official details:
